  • St. Petersburg Silver Lions at AROC!
    Recently we were lucky enough to host the St. Petersburg Silver Lions Hockey teams from Russia who were here locally training at KHS and our facility!  Ages ranged from 98 Bantam and 99/00 Pee Wee and they were in the center 6 times were they worked with Dave Karpa, Director of Hockey and Paul Hannigan, Director of Training using AR science-based protocol's specifically designed for hockey players. Even though they spoke very little English and we spoke even less Russian everyone had a great time!  Can't wait to have them back!

  • They've Got Game!
    Congratulations to Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis who was selected as Parade's 2011 All-America Player of the Year!  The 6-foot guard from Mater Dei High School has set women's basketball records for points (2,744), three-pointers (337) and rebounds (872).
