If one sensory input is dominant, like may be in many tasks, other sensory information may be used less. By reducing the amount of visual information when using the Vapor Strobes, the brain must more efficiently organize the visual information and rely more heavily on other sensory inputs. The result: more efficient responses and movements, quicker decisions, and better performance. As the athlete begins to master the skill, it requires less thought - the response is almost automatic.
