Athletic Republic Orange County has a program for every athlete based upon their goals and availability - whether training once a week or five times a week, we can create a program that meets each athletes individual needs. Single sessions begin as low as $40; monthly programs start at $160. Various packages and training times are offered. Annual and semi-annual programs are available to provide training flexibility and payment convenience. Sibling, team and club discounts are available.
SPEED/AGILITY
Program focuses on linear speed and running mechanics on our patented Super Treadmill and multidirectional explosiveness using our proprietary Plyo Press, Agility Floor and Pro Multi-Hip machine. Perfect training for all sports but especially beneficial for athletes’ in field sports. 90-minute session
HOCKEY
Program focuses on speed and skating mechanics on our Skating Super Treadmill and multi-directional explosiveness using our proprietary Plyo Press, Agility Floor and Pro Multi-Hip machine. We also develop shooting and passing skills on our synthetic ice rink. 90-minute session
VOLLEYBALL
Using SoloSpike technology this program focuses on a combination of endurance, strength and explosiveness training designed to increase vertical jump; attack height; arm, leg and core strength.90-minute session
DRY LAND TRAINING
Dry Land training is strength training for water polo players and swimmers. These athletes have specific demands placed upon them by their sport and the water. Our training programs are designed specifically for these demands. These athletes will train for power and strength as well as flexibility and coordination. 90-minute session
ADDITIONAL TRAINING OPTIONS:
Program evaluates visual clarity, speed of perception, eye hand coordination, dynamic visual acuity, reaction time, depth perception. 30-minute private session
Sensory training utilizes (4) training strategies to improve on areas identified in evaluation. 30-minute session
Nike SPARQ Vapor Strobe Training
Training to improve timing, visualization, quickness, peripheral vision and balance. 30-minute session
Designed to analyze and evaluate arm swing and footwork biomechanics 90-minute private session
Athletic Republic Conditioning Cords provide controlled resistance while allowing athletes to perform at game speed velocities, greatly improving sport-specific power for hitting, throwing, running, shooting, spiking serving and/or jumping. Our patented SprintCords, KickingCords, ThrowingCords, PowerCords, Hitting Harness and Warm-up Cords provide resistance without changing or affecting proper mechanics. When the conditioning cords come off, athletes produce more power than ever before. All cords come in Pro and Varsity resistance levels. 30-minute private session
Weight Lifting
Teaches all of the necessary lifts athletes perform in a competitive weight room environment including the Olympic lifts. 60-minute session
DartFISH Digital Analysis
A complete analysis of any athletic movement from running to hitting to throwing and more. 30-minute session
AR Juniors
Ground-based, speed, agility coordination and strength training for 8 – 11 year old athletes. 60-minute session
