Athletic Republic has an exclusive sport training program to maximize volleyball players’ first-step quickness, vertical jump and on-court agility. With 20 years of science-based training behind us we help volleyball players improve their ability to set, pass, serve, spike and block. Using SoloSpike technology and Dartfish Video Analysis our program focuses on a combination of endurance, strength and explosiveness training designed to increase vertical jump; attack height; arm, leg and core strength while helping to decrease the risk of injury.
VOLLEYBALL PLAYER ANALYSIS
A private session designed to analyze and evaluate arm swing and footwork biomechanics with a focus on injury prevention utilizing DartFISH software. Athletes are provided with a breakdown of the strengths and weaknesses of their approach and landing. Recommendations are provided.
VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMS

CONDITIONING CORDS
Athletic Republic Conditioning Cords provide controlled resistance while allowing athletes to perform at game speed velocities, greatly improving sport-specific power for hitting, spiking, serving and/or jumping. Our patented PowerCords and Warm-up Cords provide resistance without changing or affecting proper mechanics. When the conditioning cords come off, athletes produce more power than ever before. All cords come in Pro and Varsity resistance levels.
WEIGHT LIFTING
This program focuses on teaching all of the necessary lifts athletes perform in a competitive weight room environment including the Olympic lifts.
NIKE SENSORY TRAINING EVALUATION
Higher performing athletes see better - it is a proven fact. After extensive research Nike has developed a program thatl evaluates visual clarity, speed of perception, eye-hand coordination, dynamic visual acuity, reaction time, depth perception and generates a peer comparison producing a customized improvement plan based on a national comparison of like athletes across the country.

Using (4) training strategies athletes will improve on areas identified in the Sensory Evaluation. All sports. All ages.
NIKE STROBE TRAINING
This program will improve timing, visualization, quickness, peripheral vision and balance. All sports. All ages.

SoloSpike allows teammates to make multiple attacks in a short amount of time. Each athlete improves his/her jumping and hitting fundamentals by gaining dramatic improvements in full-arm extension, approach and body positioning, and take-off and landing mechanics.
